Managing Director''Ever since I was young, I’ve been interested in the raw material industry. I was taught about the industry by my father, the founder of Fabelco’s sister company, Feed & Food Trading. With the company’s inception in 1993, I started as an assistant. Subsequently I became a trader and finally an entrepreneur. I’m proud to be an entrepreneur and my dream is that Fabelco remains a leading supplier of raw materials. How do I plan to achieve this? By expanding our range and our activities and efficiently incorporating these changes into our processes.''

Commercial Director''Should we buy, sell or just sit back and watch? That is the key question. For this reason I am in daily telephone contact with dairy producers, commercial establishments and food producers throughout Europe. I travel around a lot, visiting clients, suppliers and industry exhibitions. Along with Michiel de Boer, I am also responsible for maintaining our company’s policy regarding employees and quality. In other words, no two days are ever the same. I also started my career as a trader and now I’m the Commercial Director, living proof of the personal development opportunities available at Fabelco.''

Commercial Assistant''My function in the company? Once our clients have signed contracts with us, I am responsible for completing procedures. In short, I’m responsible for the Fabelco back office. I come from a business and accounting background, but during this year I’m focusing more on commercial aspects because I’d like to perform a more commercial function. Working at Fabelco, I am able to do this. We are a close knit, motivated group of people and this creates the ideal atmosphere. Everyone is flexible and we help each other.''

Financial Controller''I started working here, as a part time administrative employee, after being recommended by an employment agency during my university career. Now I am employed as a full time controller and am responsible for incoming and outgoing payments. As you can see, by being involved in Feed & Food Holding, one is able to specialise. I have, meanwhile, nearly completed my economics and business administration education. My major is Business Economics and I will graduate at the end of August, 2008.
